Students must have their parents/guardians permission to book a place in Boost Education workshops. Boost Education take no responsibility if a student books without first seeking permission. To cancel a booking, please see confirmation email you receive after booking. Money returned if their place can be filled.
Payment Policy
Payment in not necessary to reserve a place in a workshop, however we do encourage payment be completed prior to attending workshop to make registration efficient.
Each student is required to present their student identity card to prove their identity. Identity must be provided for admittance into workshop. No ID, no workshop.
Payment can be made via – bank deposit, credit or cash (at workshop check in).
Bank transfers must be completed prior to workshop.
Correct cash payment is due on day of workshop – no change available.
Payments must be completed prior to attending workshops, cash and cheque only accepted on day of workshop.
If workshop is cancelled, Boost Education will give as much notice as we are able to give at the time and a credit will be given to those students.
If workshop is cancelled on day of workshop, we apologise now, however unforeseen circumstances do unfortunately occur and Boost Education will do what they can to keep all workshops running. No fee applies if Boost Education cancel a workshop.
A service fee of $10 per booking applies to any cancellation. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the closing date.
All cancellations must be confirmed by Boost Education via email 2 business days prior to workshop. If a replacement can be found, no fee will be charged.
Closing date for bookings is two business days prior. Early bookings are advisable as sessions can book out.
The organisers reserve the right to vary the advertised program.
If a student does not cancel and does not turn up to the workshop, they will not be allowed to book another workshop until the full payment of $30 for the unattended workshop is paid.
Boost Education has the right to change prices of workshops at any time, however our company aims to maximise students’ marks in exams, not maximise profits.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for taking notes at workshops
Students are required to behave responsibly and not distract other around them
Students will take responsibility for their own behaviour
Students will ensure the safety of others around them
Students will be able to interact and ask teacher questions at appropriate times
Boost Education has employed quality teachers and take no responsibility for students note taking
Boost Education takes no responsibility for student’s property they choose to bring into workshops
