Cash – accepted at the initial workshop ONLY (full payment required)

All cash payments made on the day must be in an sealed envelope with student’s name clearly on the front... the envelope will be opened in front of your child and the correct amount will be confirmed.

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Boost Education and send to PO BOX 4321 Robina TC 4230 or hand in at the first workshop in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on the front.

Bank Deposit - must be deposited into account 24 hours prior to workshops beginning.

Reference: must put students name and school or your payment maybe lost in the high number of transactions.
Receipts are email once payment in full is received.

Timetables

All cancellations must be confirmed by Boost Education. If your child is sick then you will receive a credit which you can use for future workshops (including attending the ‘missed workshop’ next term) or purchase online resources.

Directions and Public Transport

You will be familiar with your school’s location and transport systems. There will be a Boost Education sign located at the front gate and further signage directing you to the workshop location within your school grounds.

Please abide by your school’s parking policies and park in allocated positions.

Workshop Check In

All students need to bring their email confirmation to registration. Students should follow signs from the front gate to the workshop room.

Dining On Campus

Snacks / Food

Boost Education allow students to bring a packed lunch or snack. There is time allocated between workshops to consume the food, outside of the workshop room. No food is allowed to be eaten within the workshop room at any time.

Parent Drop Off and Pick Up

After the workshop has ended, all students will be escorted to the front gate or allocated position (identified in a note from your school) with a Boost Staff member. All students are to be picked up from this location. If you are running late, please contact the Staff member (you will be given their mobile number in the first workshop). Boost Members will wait until all students have been picked up safely by their parent/guardian/designated person. No child will be released to walk home alone, without a signed note from the parents/guardian.

LATE PICK UP...
Parents will be given 10 minutes to pick up their child. Please keep the workshops Teacher’s mobile number with you, if you need to contact them. If you are late and the workshop teacher has had no contact from you, your child will be given a chance to call you. If you are still non-contactable, your child will be placed in your school’s AFTER SCHOOL CARE program at your cost. If your school has no program, they will be taken to the nearest police station, and your details given to the authorities. Please call us if you are late... so we can wait for you. If this happens continually, you will be charged $1 each minute you are late (you will be notified first).
