The Power of Vulnerability

I never thought about 'vulnerability' being powerful or even a teaching tool to build rapport with students and developing a classroom culture. That was until I saw a very passionate Brene Brown in a TED presentation.

This is one powerful presentation that ALL educators should watch because the power of vulnerability and transparent which is essentially being authentic and open... can change the way you teach!

Watch this presentation and I urge you to pick a topic (I talk about finding your super power in another article I wrote in Savvy Teachers) and be transparent and vulnerable in your journey with your students. You are going to be amazed!
